No we don't.
With Health and Safety regulations and compliance being what it is in NZ it prevents us from being able to offer rides.
No the tours go ahead in all weather.
We have a canopy we set up if the weather is marginal but usually we structure the tours to maximise the best part of the day.
In all the time we have been operating we have only had rain a couple of times but the visitors had wet weather gear and did not want to cancel.
We say approximately 2 hours but is dependent on the visitors.
Many have stayed longer they were having so much fun :)
We have found weekend visitors need more flexibility to cover travel or family circumstances and our times are non-standard.
In the winter months ( May 1st to September 30th ) we only have tours in the afternoons as we spend the mornings in the forest training.
Your booking is only a phone call away.
If you let us know you have a dog when you book we have no issues as we know lots of people travel with their furry friends.
We have a shaded carport where you can park your vehicle if the weather is warm.
All dogs must be on a leash when out of the vehicle.
Yes we have an access friendly site.
Our bathroom complies with access requirements.
We have ramps for access to bathroom and the studio room where we have our cuppa and talks.
Yes we will offer a pick up and drop off to Taupo and Rotorua.
The charges are dependent on numbers so give us a call.
